Promofirenze

Promofirenze was established in 1988 as the Special Agency of the Chamber of Commerce of Florence in order to support local Tuscan companies in their efforts towards the penetration of foreign markets. However, already since 1991, the Agency operates an Euro Info Centre as a focus point for European programs and Policies in the region. Promofirenze already participated in several European Projects in the E-Business Sector and offers a tender alert service for SMEs since 2000. Promofirenze was present in the EIC-Working Group “Public Procurement” created by DG ENTR (1998-2001).
